Offerings
I believe that healing begins when individuals feel seen for who they really are— in all of their complexities. It is from this place that, together, I can support you toward meeting your unique goals.
I offer individual teletherapy sessions, with a special focus in:
Trauma and Intergenerational Healing
Trauma can manifest in many ways—some obvious, others deeply hidden. We might not always recognize our experiences as trauma, especially if they seem "small," if our memories are unclear, or if they occurred in situations that seemed "normal." Yet, every experience leaves a mark. Unresolved traumas and intergenerational patterns can emerge in adulthood as chronic anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation, people-pleasing, or a pervasive sense of unworthiness. Together, we’ll gently explore your past, uncovering these wounds to help you find peace and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Healing is a journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a compassionate and supportive space.
Inner Child and Reparenting Work
Many of us didn’t receive the emotional support we needed as children. This might have looked like a caregiver struggling to manage their emotions, witnessing conflict without resolution, being discouraged from expressing your own feelings, or shaming you when you needed love and comfort. These early experiences can profoundly affect how we navigate adulthood. You might find yourself struggling with low self-esteem, difficulty trusting others, an overwhelming fear of rejection, or a tendency to self-sabotage. These patterns can lead to challenges such as forming unhealthy attachments, avoiding conflict to your own detriment, or feeling an incessant need to prove your worth through achievements or pleasing others. In our work together, we’ll focus on healing your inner child, setting healthy boundaries, and nurturing both your mind and body. Reparenting yourself is a transformative process, enabling you to break free from these limiting patterns and embrace a life that is more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling—where you can fully connect with and love your true self.
Excavating Root Causes of Health and Mental Health Symptoms
When symptoms like anxiety, depression, pain, or illness arise, it’s often our body’s way of signaling that something deeper needs attention. This can be our body’s way of setting off an alarm, urging us to address things we’ve been neglecting. By examining the mind-body connection, we can delve into how these symptoms relate to your broader emotional and physical experiences.
Young Adult Mental Health
The journey into young adulthood is filled with both exciting possibilities and overwhelming challenges. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, navigating the transition to college, or feeling lost about your future, know that you don’t have to face these struggles alone. Let’s sit down and talk, exploring your concerns and finding clarity together. Let’s help you build the tools and confidence you need to navigate this pivotal time in your life with greater ease and self-assurance.
Parenting and Children’s Mental Health
Parenting is one of life’s most rewarding roles, but it can also come with significant challenges. Feeling overwhelmed at times is natural. In our work together, we can process everyday challenges and also delve deeper into how your own experiences of trauma may influence your parenting style. Unresolved trauma can affect your ability to regulate your emotions and respond to your child's emotions, lead to fears of repeating harmful cycles, or result in issues like parentification and overcompensating, to name a few examples. By addressing these concerns, we’ll work to break harmful cycles and help you feel your best as a confident, empowered parent.

Are out-of-network services by a licensed professional counselor/licensed mental health counselor covered?
What is my co-insurance for out-of-network care?
Is any pre-approval required under any circumstances before obtaining out-of-network mental health services to be reimbursed?
If I have out-of-network benefits, will I be reimbursed the full amount or a percentage? What percentage?
